研究领域

低维材料性质的基础理论和实验研究。涉及各种薄膜及微纳结构材料(介电、半导体、金属及多种复合材料)的光、电、磁学等内禀性质。 智能信息存储技术与材料的基础与应用研究。涉及相变存储材料的掺杂改性、具有PRAM及RRAM特性的微纳结构原型器件的基本性质、类神经元原型器件设计与制备等研究。 新能源相关的应用基础研究,涉及新型高效太阳能电池、功能光波导设计与制备等。 新型光子学器件、光谱学测试系统研制及其在材料制备和材料性质研究中的应用。 椭圆偏振光谱术及偏振光学器件的研究。涉及椭偏光谱术实现DNA分子杂交的无标记检测,新型偏光器件与系统的实验研究等。 智能光学制造与检测技术。利用超快激光、超声波等技术实现多种材料的功能化制造与检测等。
