研究领域

主要开展射频射频/毫米波集成电路与系统设计方面的研究,目前研究的方向包括:面向物联网应用的极低功耗射频电路与系统、CMOS毫米波/太赫兹集成电路技术、柔性可穿戴医疗电子系统。
