研究领域

长期专注于毫米波与太赫兹电子学的研究。毫米波-太赫兹波是电磁频谱上有待充分开发的频段,也是宝贵的频谱资源。相关频段的电磁波源是高分辨率雷达、电子对抗、高速率无线通信、生物医疗诊断、核磁共振、核聚变反应堆等国防和科研领域新一代大型电子系统的核心器件。针对毫米波-太赫兹回旋器件开展理论、关键技术与器件的系统性研究工作。
