研究领域

积极致力于产、学、研协同发展,在锂离子电池和燃料电池领域,作为联合创始人,推动了技术产品化和市场应用: 一、锂离子(锂硫)电池复合隔膜技术及市场化 隔膜是锂电池的四大主材之一,在锂电池应用中起着至关重要的作用,产业界广泛应用的聚烯烃隔膜还无法很好地满足锂电池对高安全性、高稳定性和高能量密度的需求。通过隔膜材料成分和结构优化、表面改性等手段研发了高端复合隔膜技术,发展了安全高效的锂硫电池和锂离子电池。 二、复合质子交换膜技术及市场化 质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)是通过电化学反应将氢能转化为电能的一种能源装置,能量密度高达500 Wh/kg以上, 远高于锂离子电池(250~300 Wh/kg),被认为是最有前途的清洁高效发电装置和移动动力电源之一,在电动汽车(如丰田Mirai电动车)、备用电源(如通讯备用电源)、物流等领域具有重要应用。 质子交换膜是燃料电池系统的关键部件,作用是传导质子和分隔阴阳极,其性能对整个电池系统的运行起着至关重要的作用,因此,需要同时满足诸多条件,包括:质子传导率高,气体渗透率低,机械强度和热稳定性高,可加工性好,价格适中等。目前,满足以上条件的质子交换膜主要是全氟磺酸膜,成膜工艺非常复杂,国外质子交换膜技术已经成熟,产品被美国杜邦和日本旭硝子等国外大公司长期垄断。主流质子交换膜主要采用全氟磺酸聚合物,知名产品有Nafion膜、Flemion 膜、Aciplex 膜和Dow 膜。 我国燃料电池质子交换膜基本依赖进口,是制约我国燃料电池产业化进程的“卡脖子”技术。 我们长期从事质子交换膜研发,形成了具有自主知识产权的、基于国产全氟磺酸聚合物粉体商品的高质子传导率、高稳定性质子交换膜制备关键技术。
