研究领域

1.以斑马鱼为主要模式,以单细胞测序、基因组编辑等技术为主要手段,研究脊椎动物胚胎发育与器官再生的机制,特别是心脏和胰腺的发育与再生。 2.开发并完善多种功能基因组研究技术,特别是以CRISPR/Cas系统为基础的新型基因组靶向编辑技术,以及在斑马鱼等模式动物中的应用。
