研究领域

本课题组的研究集中在RNA生物学与干细胞生物学。我们综合运用传统的生物化学,分子生物学,结合高通量测序,基因组学,生物信息学等手段来分析和鉴定未知的RNA调控通路,研究相关RNA调控通路在胚胎干细胞的分化命运决定和早期胚胎发育中的功能。同时,我们致力于在动物细胞中重组植物或微生物中特异的RNA调控通路,并分析其潜在的对于基础科学研究和转化医学研究中的价值。 主要研究课题 1, 鉴定未知的RNA调控元件及分析其对应的调控机制。 2, 研究RNA调控如何决定胚胎干细胞全能性及多能性状态的转化及分化命运。 3, 哺乳动物细胞中植物或微生物RNA调控通路的重建及其潜在应用。
