个人简介
谢曙光,江苏常州人,副教授,博士生导师。2003年7月博士毕业于清华大学环境科学与工程系(现环境学院),2006年1月北京大学博士后出站留校工作至今(其中2007.10-2008.10在美国密西根州立大学进行访问研究)。长期从事环境污染控制、物质生物转化和循环、环境微生物生态的教学和科研工作。已作为第1作者或通讯作者在Environmental Science & Technology、Water Research、 Environmental Microbiology、Environment International 等SCI期刊发表文章130多篇,H-index: 38 (Web of Science)。曾主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年科学基金项目,并参与国家重点研发计划政府间国际科技创新合作项目、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点支持项目,国家“十一五”和“十二五”水专项、环保部公益项目等多个国家或省部级项目。目前担任SCI源期刊Microbiome、Environmental Microbiome、Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology 的副编辑、SCI源期刊 Toxics、International Biodeterioration & Biodegradation、Annals of Microbiology的编委。担任 Swiss National Science Foundation评审人、Czech Science Foundation评审人、以及国家自然科学基金评审人
研究领域
(1) 土壤和沉积物中有机污染物生物降解和修复
主要开展有机污染物的高效降解菌的筛选与生物强化技术的开发、有机污染物生物降解机制与调控策略(近年主要关注抗生素等新污染物)。
(2) 生物-生态水处理系统的微生物生态
揭示生物-生态水处理系统(如人工湿地、生物滤池等)中微生物群落和影响因素、以及污染物生物转化机制。此外,还开展供水系统的微生物群落、抗性基因、生物安全性的研究。
(3) 陆地和天然水生态系统的微生物生态
主要开展水和土壤生态系统中微生物群落组成和功能、以及环境因子(或有毒污染物)的影响研究,揭示水陆生态系统中物质转化和碳、氮、硫循环的地球生物化学机制。
