1989年9月-1993年7月，美国奧本大學工業工程學系博士 (Auburn University,Ph.D.,Industrial Engineering) 1987年9月-1989年7月，美國奧本大學工業工程碩士 (Auburn University,Master,Industrial Engineering) 1980年9月-1984年6月，東海大學工業工程學士 (Tunghai University,Bachelor of department of Industrial engineering) 现任：清华大学医院管理研究院双聘教授云林科技大学工业管理学系、健康产业管理研究所教授云林科技大学研究发展处副研发长曾任：第一、二、三、四、五、六届(2013年-2018年)全国品管圈评审委员 2018年首届国际医疗质量与安全高峰论坛&QCC大赛评审委员南开大学EMBA客座教授云林科技大学医务管理研究中心主任云林科技大学校务发展中心主任台湾医院评鉴暨医疗质量策进会医品圈2000-2018年评审委员先后从事医院管理、教学、研究工作达25年，曾应邀至内地、香港、日本、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、新加坡、美国芝加哥等国家或地区论坛作学术报告10余次；
