个人简介

北京大学法学博士，清华大学法学硕士、法学学士，合肥工业大学工学学士。台湾地区“中央研究院”访问学者、欧盟Erasmus交换博士生、日本国际交流基金访日研修博士生；曾在世界知识产权组织、世界贸易组织总部、剑桥大学、台湾政治大学、北京协和医学院研究、学习；曾为中国-欧盟知识产权保护项目IPR2提供研究支持。博士后研究：2011-2013年，清华大学和芬兰图尔库大学从事博士后研究，两所大学的终期考核均为优秀。

研究领域

主要从事知识产权法、竞争法研究，重点关注新技术和新业态的知识产权保护、知识产权政策体系、知识产权运营、技术标准与反垄断等。
