研究方向围绕新型半导体及二维材料、光电混合高性能计算、器件研究与工艺探索研究, 开展智能微纳传感器、图像传感器芯片、光神经网络芯片设计开发,并开展芯片集成、算法集成和网络系统集成,重点在芯片协议层协作物联网络、铁电薄膜材料、铁电存储器和铁电晶体管芯片、石墨烯微纳传感器等领域。
