研究领域坚持国际热点前沿与国家环境保护重大需求并重,包括:
(1) 采用多维组学手段(包括代谢组学、宏基因组学、宏转录组学以及蛋白组学)研究新兴污染物的生物降解机理与降解途径,表征相关的降解功能基因
(2) 抗生素抗性基因、抗生素耐药菌以及致病菌广谱表征及其在水处理工艺中的削减机制与归趋
(3) 给水、污水处理厂生物处理单元中的微生物生态学
(4) 城市水环境中微生物组大数据分析
(5) 新污染物在常规消毒工艺及高级氧化工艺中的去除机理
