个人简介

Dr. Karen Neill is a Professor of Nursing and Associate Director for Graduate Studies in the School of Nursing, Idaho State University. Dr. Neill specializes in forensics, has authored published articles on domestic and/or sexual violence, and has presented in local, regional, national and international forums on violence and effective response. Dr. Neill holds a Governor's appointment on the Idaho Council on Domestic Violence and Victim Assistance (ICDVVA) and serves as the Chair of the ICDVVA Committee for Oversight of Domestic Violence Offender Intervention Program Standards. She holds appointment as Associate Editor for the Journal of Forensic Nursing, the premier journal of the International Association of Forensic Nurses. Dr. Neill has served as a Certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, expert witness, and consultant in Idaho for over fifteen years. Dr. Neill is particularly interested in forensic practice, outcome measurement, evidence based and interprofessional approaches, and leadership as these relate to forensic programs, collaborative service delivery, and effective response. Dr. Neill received her BS, Nursing, MS, Nursing, and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Idaho State University.
