个人简介

Dr. Amy J. Moll joined the College of Engineering faculty at Boise State in August, 2000. Dr. Moll received a B.S. degree in Ceramic Engineering from University of Illinois, Urbana IL, in 1987. Her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees are in Materials Science and Engineering from University of California at Berkeley, received in 1992 and 1994, respectively. Following graduate school, Dr. Moll worked for Hewlett Packard for six years in San Jose, CA, and in Colorado Springs, CO. She was an Adjunct Professor at San Jose State University and has been involved in several conferences and workshops on Materials Science and Engineering education. Dr. Moll was a co-founder of the Materials Science and Engineering department at BSU along with Dr. Bill Knowlton. She served as the first chair of the department from 2004-2008 . The Department of Materials Science and Engineering offers B.S., M.S., and M.Eng degrees as well as a minor for undergraduates.
