个人简介

博士,副教授,博士生导师。主要从事高功率光纤激光技术、新型先进光纤激光技术、全光纤成像技术、微纳光纤器件技术的研究。作为项目负责人,主持了国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金,面上和青年基金项目,以及“十三五”重点预研项目、预先研究领域基金项目、“十二五”预研项目、863项目、清华大学自主科研项目、中国博士后基金特别资助等项目。以第一或通讯作者在Nature Communications, Light: Science & Applications, Laser & Photonics Reviews, Photonics Research, Optics Letters, Optics Express, Journal of Lightwave Technology, IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics等期刊发表SCI收录论文50余篇,获授权中国发明专利30余项,部分专利技术获得科技成果转化。获教育部技术发明奖二等奖(排名第一)、军队科技进步奖一等奖、中国兵器工业集团有限公司科技进步奖三等奖、清华大学优秀博士后等奖励。担任High Power Laser Science and Engineering期刊(中科院一区)青年编委,中国激光杂志社第三届青年编辑委员会委员,Photonics 期刊 Guest Editor,中国光学光电子行业协会激光应用分会青年委员,Advanced Fiber Laser Conference国际会议程序委员会委员。 光纤激光实验室经过近二十年的建设和技术积累,构建起了一流的光纤激光研究实验平台,拥有国际先进的光纤处理设备和激光测试设备,掌握了光纤切割,熔接,拉锥,侧面端面处理等一系列全光纤化工艺技术,精湛的全光纤化工艺是获得高水准光纤激光成果和保证激光器安全稳定运转的基础。光纤激光研究团队主要教师有:巩马理教授,闫平教授,肖起榕副教授和李丹助理研究员。 教育背景 2004.09-2008.07 北京理工大学 光电工程系 学士 2008.09-2012.07 清华大学 精密仪器与机械学系 博士 工作履历 2018.12-至今 清华大学 精密仪器系 副教授 2016.7-2018.12 清华大学 精密仪器系 助理教授 2015.9-2016.7 清华大学 精密仪器系 助理研究员 2012.7-2015.9 清华大学 精密仪器与机械学系 博士后
