个人简介

唐飞 博士,清华大学精密仪器系主任助理,中国微米纳米技术学会理事、常务副秘书长,中国机械工程学会微纳米制造技术分会常务委员,中国消防协会标准化工作委员会专业委员,清华大学微米纳米技术研究中心实验室主任,SCI期刊Materials编委,山西省新兴产业领军人才,南京领军型科技创业人才。多次担任国际学术会议组织委员会执行主席/副主席。担任Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Analytical Chemistry等多个国际期刊的审稿人。分别于1995年和1997年在哈尔滨工业大学获得工学学士学位和工学硕士学位,2003年在清华大学获得工学博士学位。2015-2016年在美国普渡大学做访问学者。长期从事物质检测分析技术及仪器、精密测试及控制技术、微系统设计及工艺、机电一体化技术的研究。作为项目负责人和子项目负责人已承担和完成国家自然科学基金、国家自然科学基金国家重大科研仪器研制项目、国家973、国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项、国家863、国防科技创新特区项目、武器装备预研、航天预研、北京市自然科学基金等多项课题。发表学术论文100多篇,其中以第一作者和通讯作者在Analytical Chemistry、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等SCI期刊上发表论文45篇、发表EI期刊论文30篇;出版专著3本;获得授权发明专利30项,软件著作权4项,另有9项PCT国际专利申请。2003年获教育部技术发明奖一等奖,2011年获北京市科学技术奖二等奖,2014年获中国分析测试协会科学技术奖一等奖,2015年获第九届北京发明创新大赛银奖,2019年获国际质谱技术领域权威期刊Rapid Communications in Mass Spectrometry的RCM Beynon Prize(自2004年设立以来首次由中国团队获得)。 教育背景 1997.08 - 2003.07 清华大学 精密仪器系 精密仪器及机械专业 博士 1995.08 - 1997.07 哈尔滨工业大学 精密仪器系 精密仪器及机械专业 硕士 1991.09 - 1995.07 哈尔滨工业大学 精密仪器系 电子精密机械专业 学士 工作履历 2016.08 - 至今 清华大学精密仪器系 系主任助理 2015.03 - 2016.03 美国普渡大学生物医学工程系 访问学者 2011.11 - 至今 清华大学精密仪器系 副研究员 2003.10 - 2007.07 清华大学精密仪器系 学术委员会秘书 2003.08 - 2011.11 清华大学精密仪器系 助研
