研究领域

超构光学元件是一种具有亚波长特征尺寸的,基于严格电磁理论设计和半导体工艺制造的新型平面光学元件。近年来,课题组基于超构光学元件不断发展新型多维度、高精度光场调控方法,实现了偏振、深度多维相机、矢量动态空间光调制器、宽带紫外、太赫兹光源等集成光学器件和系统,并致力于不断推动相关先进光学技术和仪器在消费电子、航天遥感等领域的应用。
