个人简介

王晗于2005年进入清华大学电子工程系开展本科学习,2009年赴美国德克萨斯农工大学电子工程系攻读博士学位,2015年毕业后留校进行博士后研究。求学期间主要研究方向为微流控技术与生物分析,包括基于超声微流控技术、微液滴技术、电穿孔技术等及其在肿瘤细胞表型分析、疫苗有效性评估、活细胞转染、药物评价等生物医学领域的应用。2016年回到清华大学医学院生物医学工程系任助理研究员。 王晗立足微流控和生物传感等领域前沿,扎根临床需求,开展纳米材料表界面修饰、生物信号原位放大等交叉领域基础和应用研究,探索核酸、蛋白、激素多种人体生物标志物的实时动态检测新机制、新方法,获取具有临床价值的随时间演化深度健康信息,推动由in vitro diagnostics(体外诊断)向in vivo diagnostics(在体检测)的治疗范式的转变,助力慢病管理和肿瘤、心脑血管疾病的早筛及监测。主持和参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金项目、新冠病毒肺炎应急科技攻关等国家和省部级课题6项。发表SCI论文17篇,已授权或受理发明专利8项,实用新型专利1项,均为第一发明人。获北京市优秀青年人才(第九批)。

研究领域

王晗立足微流控和生物传感等领域前沿,扎根临床需求,开展纳米材料表界面修饰、生物信号原位放大等交叉领域基础和应用研究,探索核酸、蛋白、激素多种人体生物标志物的实时动态检测新机制、新方法,获取具有临床价值的随时间演化深度健康信息,推动由in vitro diagnostics(体外诊断)向in vivo diagnostics(在体检测)的治疗范式的转变,助力慢病管理和肿瘤、心脑血管疾病的早筛及监测。
