个人简介

2010年获北京大学免疫学博士学位，2010-2015年在芝加哥大学从事博士后研究，2016年入选国家海外高层次人才青年项目。现任清华大学医学院、免疫学研究所研究员，博士生导师。

研究领域

郭教授长期从事肠道黏膜免疫与肠道菌群调控的研究，主要聚焦于富集于肠黏膜的3型天然淋巴样细胞ILC3的功能与机制研究，鉴定了多个调控ILC3发育和功能的重要因子，发现了ILC3在黏膜稳态以及多种疾病中的新作用及机制，阐明了肠道菌群及其代谢产物影响肠道感染、炎症以及抗肿瘤治疗疗效的作用机制。他的研究工作发表多篇高水平的科研论文，促进了肠道黏膜免疫领域的发展。
