研究领域
植物在与微生物长达几亿年的共存互作过程中演化出了极其复杂和精密的免疫系统。有别于具有专职免疫细胞的动物,植物的每一个细胞都可以启动免疫反应,甚至可以精确地调用和改变细胞的其他生理过程来实现多样化的免疫结果,是一个具有高度研究价值的系统。本实验室致力于研究植物的免疫调控机制。我们利用分子,细胞,遗传,生化,生统,生物信息学等综合手段主攻此过程中免疫分子和信号是如何利用细胞内膜转运系统以及核质穿梭来启动,控制和终止抗病反应的。我们同时也关注细胞核膜上的大分子复合体(如核孔复合体)以及全新的跨膜蛋白对植物细胞免疫的调控作用。
