研究领域

探究TGF-β和Wnt信号调控细胞命运的分子机制和生理病理功能运用分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等多学科技术手段，结合类器官技术和小鼠模型等，研究肠、胃等成体干细胞自我更新和分化的机制，并探索相关疾病发生发展的机理
