研究领域

围绕复杂生命组织/器官及生物器件构建中的关键科学和技术问题,研究生物制造及生物微环境构建的基本理论,开发多细胞异质复杂结构类组织体外构建及功能重建的关键核心技术,并用于体内病损组织修复、体外病理/药理/生理学模型、环境与药毒性检测、细胞机器人、生命系统工程等领域的应用基础研究。

研究领域:生物制造与组织工程、生物3D打印、生命系统工程 主要研究兴趣聚焦在: (1)多细胞异质复杂结构的生物/细胞3D打印原创性关键技术 (2)血管化类组织构建的关键技术,及在组织工程、药物检测领域的应用 (3)心肌、神经(脑)、骨软骨、肌肉等组织再生与体外微生理系统制造 (4)响应性、导电性等智能水凝胶材料研发与3D打印技术集成 (5)模拟复杂生物微环境的组织/器官芯片、生物反应器及在线检测技术 (6)细胞机器人与生物机器装置制造技术与理论
