研究领域

主要包括微细电加工工艺与装备、超精密微细切削加工、以及微流体控制器件。 (1)在微细电加工工艺与装备方面,持续深入地开展了微细电火花加工和微细电解加工及其融合工艺研究。开发出发动机喷油嘴微细喷孔的电火花加工专用机床,在油泵油嘴行业获得工业应用。开发出涡轮叶片气膜冷却孔的电火花加工专用机床样机,以及三维微细电火花加工机床样机。 (2)在微流体控制器件方面,提出一种具有微气泡产生与驻留控制功能的柔性MEMS蒙皮的设计和制作方案。进行了工业用喷墨打印头和3D微细打印头的设计和制造基础技术研究。结合微细电加工技术基础,近年来在生物检测芯片的设计制造及其检测技术上取得进展。 (3)在超精密微细加工方面,搭建出四轴超精密切削加工实验装备,探索了铁基材料的金刚石刀具超精密切削减磨机理和方法、菲涅耳透镜光学模具的单点金刚石超精密切削加工工艺。正在开展石英材料的超精密加工工艺研究、以及高速微细钻削加工刀具磨损机理和在线监测技术研究。 同时关注智能制造,注重与工业自动化和机器人应用的技术结合。
