个人简介

1983.9-1987.7，兰州大学化学系有机化学专业，学士学位；1987.8-1991.11，大庆石油化工总厂研究院，助理工程师；1991.11-1996.8，大庆油田设计院，工程师；1993.9-1996.7，天津大学化学系精细化工专业，硕士学位；1996.9-1999.7，北京医科大学药学院药物化学专业，博士学位。自1999年至今，北京大学医学部药学院化学生物学系工作。

研究领域

主要开展抗粘附多价寡糖及糖-肽杂合物的合成研究, 设计合成了结构多样的多价寡糖及糖-肽杂合物，其中四价乳糖Gu-4具有良好的抗白细胞-内皮细胞粘附活性，作为药物候选分子在对大鼠的重症烧伤休克、脓毒症及关节炎的治疗中已显示了良好的效果。
