个人简介

梁建辉(出生: 1962-10-04): 医学博士/药学博士后,精神科医师,北京大学药学院分子与细胞药理学系研究员,博士生导师。1978年9月至1983年7月在南华大学医学院医疗系医疗专业学习,获医学学士。1995年7月毕业于北京大学精神卫生研究所,获医学博士。1995年9月至1998年2月在军事医学科学院毒物药物研究所(药学博士后)从事新型抗抑郁剂研究工作。曾任日本国立富山医科药科大学客座研究员和澳大利亚Melbourne大学Howard Florey 研究所访问学者(Visiting Scientist)。目前主要学术任职:亚太地区酒精与成瘾研究学会(Asian Pacific Society for Alcohol and Addiction Research, APSAAR)发起人(Founder)/理事(Regular member),中国药理学会神经精神药理学专业委员会秘书长,北京药理学会神经精神药理学专业委员会副主任委员,《Metabolic Brain Disease》副主编。主持修订我国《麻醉药品品种目录(2013年版)》和《精神药品品种目录(2013年版)》,获得国家自然科学面上基金、科技部国家重点基础研究发展规划项目(973)、十二五国家科技支撑计划、新药创制重大专项等多项基金支持。主要学术贡献:(1)率先在国内开展“行为敏化(behavioral sensitization)”系列研究工作,包括学术名词的翻译,实验范式的建立,戒毒治疗药物的评价以及神经生物学分子机制的研究。在中文药理学教材中,首次引进了“药物敏化(drug sensitization)”的概念及相关内容;(2)引进和繁殖了我国第一个先天嗜酒大鼠模型(‘酒鬼’大鼠)。以FH大鼠嗜酒行为特点为基础,初步建立了戒酒治疗药物筛选和评价技术平台,对相关化合物和中药有效部位的戒酒药理活性进行评价和筛选;(3)在国际上,首先提出“分子伴侣介导阿片成瘾(Chaperone-mediated opioid addiction)”的理论,认为“作为慢性脑病,阿片类药物成瘾可能与相关蛋白质折叠和组装的易化过程(facilitation)有关”;(4)新的抑郁和焦虑共患动物模型的建立及应用。
