个人简介
I am a PhD Candidate in the Department of Computer Science and a graduate research assistant in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
I work under Dr.Krys Kochut, in the SENCe Lab (SEmantic iNformation and Computing) and my research interests include Ontologies and Semantic Web and in particular, Data Integraion using semantic technologies.
Moreover, I am actively working in ESBG (Evolutionary Systems Biology Group) lab under Dr. Kannan, on the development, maintenance and applications of ProKinO , Protein Kinase Ontology, a collaboration between departments of Computer Science and Biochemistry.
