个人简介

主要学习和工作经历 1978.10-1982.07湖北中医药大学中药学本科毕业,获学士学位; 1986.09-1989.07湖北中医药大学生药学硕士研究生毕业,获硕士学位; 2000.09-2003.06成都中医药大学中药学博士研究生毕业,获博士学位; 1989.07-2005.10湖北中医药大学历任讲师、副教授、教授; 1995.04-1996.06日本富山医科药科大学和汉药研究所客座研究员; 2004.01-2004.06日本京都大学药学研究科访问研究员; 2005.10至今华中科技大学同济药学院教授。

研究领域

研究方向:中药及天然药物的资源、品质评价与活性物质基础研究; 从中药和天然产物中寻找和发现抗糖尿病药物。 研究内容:1、中药蛇胆、鄂产特色中药材的资源、品质及物质基础研究。分别采用提取分离技术、HPLC分析技术、DNA指纹图谱技术、体内外药效学评价等手段研究蛇胆、麦冬、獐牙菜等传统药物的功效物质基础,对其资源与品质作出综合评价。 2、麦冬、獐牙菜中抗糖尿病天然产物的发现及其新药研究。建立麦冬类、獐牙菜属等抗糖尿病传统药物的化合物库,分别采用计算机分子对接技术、体内外药理模型筛选、胰岛素信号传导与葡萄糖代谢的分子机制等评价方法发现抗糖尿病的先导化合物,在此基础上进入新药研究程序。
