研究领域

中药药效物质基础与新药开发;基于当今传统的治疗缺血性中风中药,对其有效成分及其抗脑缺血的分子机制进行研究,期望从传统治疗缺血性中风的中药中,探索抗脑缺血中风的分子机制,为抗脑缺血中风新药的发现奠定基础。  疫苗和抗体的研究;针对当今AD主动免疫治疗所面临的问题入手,设计开发拥有自身特点的候选AD亚单位疫苗,使疫苗既能诱导出高水平的Aβ特异性抗体,又能避免Th1型免疫反应带来的副作用,期望得到一种能产生针对Aβ寡聚体特异性抗体的疫苗。
