中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、课题组长、博士研究生导师，安徽中医药大学兼职教授；

研究领域

率先开展了药物制剂结构研究与新结构给药系统设计。传统的剂型结构表征方法多为定性评价，张继稳课题组及其合作伙伴率先将同步辐射光源大科学装置与药物输送系统的评价需求相结合，在亚微米、微米、毫米等多尺度上给制剂和微粒做CT，提出了制剂定量结构的新理论和分形维度定量方法，把制剂的释放特征与其复杂结构定量地关联起来；提出了药物制剂四级结构划分，形成了较为系统的结构药剂学理论，为设计和优化给药系统提供了新的方法和手段，创制新结构制剂。
