汤文建 - 安徽医科大学

个人简介

1997年本科毕业于安徽中医药大学药学系，2006年获中国科学技术大学有机化学博士学位，校中青年学术技术带头人，2011年获安徽医科大学教学名师和优秀教师。2006年香港大学化学系研究助理，2012年、2014年、2016年香港大学化学系访问学者。安徽省药物化学学会理事长。近年来在J. Phys. Chem. B、Eur. J. Med. Chem.、Bioorg. Med. Chem.、Sci. Rep.、Molecules等发表论文40多篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目、中国博士后基金项目、国家大学生创新训练项目、安徽省教育厅项目等共7项，参与“国家重大新药创制”科技重大专项1项，获国家发明专利授权2项。

研究领域

（一）药物化学。基于单胺氧化酶hMAO-A、hMAO-B、端粒酶hTERT等靶点，开展先导化合物的设计、合成及构效关系研究。（二）有机光化学。设计并合成一些高效抗菌、抗肿瘤活性的光敏剂，并开展其在光动力疗法中的应用。
