个人经历 2014.07-至今安徽医科大学生命科学院，副教授 2010-2014年安徽大学资源与环境工程学院，博士 2008-2010年涡阳第四中学，教师 2006-2008年南京师范大学生命科学学院，联合培养硕士 2005-2008年安徽师范大学生命科学学院，硕士 2001-2005年阜阳师范学院生命科学院，学士个人荣誉安徽省动物学会理事安徽医科大学教案比赛二等奖（2016年）安徽医科大学生命科学学院青年教师教学基本功大赛三等奖（2017年）安徽医科大学生命科学学院“优秀党员”（2018年）教学领域面向本科生讲授的课程有：医学细胞生物学，生态学、生物信息学、进化生物学

研究领域

生物信息学是综合利用生物学、计算机科学和信息技术揭示大量而复杂的生物数据的一门新兴学科。本实验室主要利用生物信息学分析方法，整合转录组学、基因组学、蛋白质组学和宏基因组学等多层次的数据开展重要疾病的发生与发展机制研究；同时，本实验室也开展基于分子生物学数据的各生物类群的比较基因组学和进化生物学研究。
