研究领域

新型无机半导体材料合成:主要从事固态新材料合成、性能表征和无机材料晶体化学研究方向的相关工作,包括新型无机半导体材料晶体结构的构效关系设计与结构-性能关系研究;无机材料的粉末X射线结构精修、晶体生长与单晶结构解析;实现无机固态材料在离子交换、非线性光学及热电转换领域的应用研究。
