My research interests are centered on marine biology, and specifically, fish and invertebrate evolutionary ecology. I study life history traits and maternal investments, and how variation in these can influence larval fitness and recruitment. I am also interested in the underlying environmental causes behind variation in life history traits and maternal investments. My research combines syntheses of the literature, field surveys, laboratory experiments and statistical analysis.
