研究领域

主要从事贝类逆境生物学与贝类遗传育种研究。近年来围绕海洋贝类种业发展需求，在种质资源精准鉴定与优良种质创制方面取得一系列成果。在国内外率先开展贝类表型分析技术研发，创新了贝类表型自动分析技术，突破了贝类抗逆性状快速测定技术，为贝类种质资源的精准鉴定提供了无损伤、高通量、高精度的测定平台；构建扇贝泛基因组IBD数据库，摸清了我国栉孔扇贝种质资源的现状；定位抗逆性状相关QTL与基因，揭示扇贝应对逆境的分子调控机制；培育出高产抗逆“蓬莱红2号”、“獐子岛红”与“海益丰11”等多个国审水产新品种以及多个新品系，与多家企业长期合作推行扇贝养殖良种良法，系列新品种（系）在山东、河北、辽宁沿海示范推广养殖，社会经济效益显著。
