个人简介

学习工作简历： 1979.9-1983.7：中国海洋大学（原山东海洋学院）海洋生命学院，获理学学士学位。 1983.9-1986.7：中国海洋大学海洋生命学院，获理学硕士学位。 1986.7-1994.2：中国海洋大学海洋生命学院，助教、讲师。 1994.10-1998.2：日本广岛大学生物生产学部，获哲学博士学位。 1998.3-1999.2：美国威廉马丽大学海洋研究所，博士后。 1999.3-2001.2：日本水产养殖研究所，科技厅特别研究员（博士后）。 1999.12—现在：中国海洋大学海洋生命学院教授、博士生导师。其中， 2003.10-2011.7期间，任中国海洋大学海洋生命学院院长。

研究领域

多年来，一直从事海洋生物遗传学和基因组学研究，主要研究内容包括：（1）鱼类分子遗传学及优良品种选育；（2）鱼类染色体组操作与性别决定机制；（3）鱼类基因组学和功能基因研究；（4）鱼类胚胎干细胞、生殖干细胞分离培养、移植及借腹生子研究。
