个人简介

教育经历 1979.09 - 1983.07：就读于山东海洋学院海洋生物系海洋生物专业，获学士学位。 1983.09 - 1986.07：在山东海洋学院海洋生物系继续深造，获海洋生物专业硕士学位。 1994.10 - 1998.02：于广岛大学生物生产学部学习，获哲学博士学位，专业为生物学。海外工作经历 1998.03 - 1999.02：在美国威廉马丽大学海洋研究所从事博士后研究。 1999.03 - 2001.02：担任日本水产养殖研究所科技厅特别研究员（博士后）。国内工作经历 1986.07 - 1994.09：在中国海洋大学海洋生命学院，从助教晋升为讲师。 1999.12 - 至今：在中国海洋大学海洋生命学院担任教授。

研究领域

主要从事海洋生物种质资源开发与种业工程，研究鱼类分子遗传学及优良品种选育、鱼类染色体组操作与性别决定机制、鱼类基因组学和功能基因研究、鱼类胚胎干细胞和生殖干细胞分离培养及借腹生子研究等。
