研究兴趣: 1、微/纳米医用生物材料(药物缓释载体); 2、可食性微/纳米材料(营养物运送系统); 3、微/纳米生物技术在化妆品方面的应用(活性物质载体); 4、微生物胞外产物的分离、鉴定及应用
