研究领域
(1)极端环境(极地、深远海)或特殊环境下(近海、滨海湿地)的放线菌资源开发及分子生态学、生物地理学研究; (2)采用Genome mining挖掘菌株次级代谢产物合成的多样性,评估海洋放线菌合成活性物质的潜力,探讨其功能演化途径,发现海洋放线菌分类系统与次级代谢产物合成基因的相关性; (3)海洋放线菌(化学)生态功能的探索;
