研究领域

是动物生理生态学(环境生理学)和行为生理学。以整合生理学的途径,从分子到整体,对我国青藏高原和内蒙古草原的小型哺乳动物适应环境的生理机理和进化意义进行了多年的研究,最近的研究重点是动物对变化环境的生理适应调节、分子产热和体重调节、取食行为的神经内分泌机理和生态免疫学等。
