个人简介

刘峰,男,博士,中国科学院动物研究所研究员,博士生导师,“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者(2014年)、中华人民共和国科学技术部“中青年科技创新领军人才”(2015年)、中华人民共和国国务院“政府特殊津贴”获得者(2016年),“谈家桢生命科学创新奖”获得者(2018年)。2009年在膜生物学国家重点实验室建立血液和心血管发育实验室。1999年在中国科学院遗传所获分子遗传学博士学位。2000-2002在新加坡分子农业生物学研究院(现IMCB)做博士后,开始利用斑马鱼模型从事造血系统的发育生物学研究;2003-2005在美国Vanderbilt 大学医学院从事斑马鱼血管生物学研究;2006-2008在英国牛津大学分子医学研究所(WIMM)利用斑马鱼和非洲爪蟾从事造血干细胞的基础研究。刘峰博士首次建立了斑马鱼cDNA芯片并成功应用于筛选早期发育特异性的基因;其中Lysozyme C已成为斑马鱼髓系细胞最常用的分子标记之一;在牛津大学的工作集中在斑马鱼造血干细胞的起源、心血管发育和分子调控网络的研究,系统阐明了斑马鱼基因组中整个ETS转录因子家族、各个成员的时空表达图谱,并进一步发现Fli1是调控血液和内皮细胞发育分化的主控基因,并和Erg协同调节血管生成(Angiogenesis),Etsrp既调控内皮细胞分化又控制髓细胞的发育。
