结晶基础研究主要包括:①成核机理(分子组装路径、多晶型成核等);②生长机理(单晶和多晶的生长机制、媒晶剂-溶剂效应等);③晶体工程(无定型、多晶型、盐、溶剂化合物、共晶、MOF、COF等)。 晶体产品工程主要包括:①多晶型研究(多晶型筛选,晶型理化性质等);②晶习工程(晶体形态和粒度调控、媒晶剂开发等);③粒子工程(颗粒堆积、聚结、结块、破碎等);④球形结晶(球形聚结、球晶生长等)。 结晶过程工程主要包括:①在线反馈控制(过程分析技术、物理和数学模型构建、反馈智能化控制等);②连续结晶(药物和无机盐的连续结晶过程、连续球形结晶、粒度分布预测、连续手性结晶等);③计算流体力学(CFD模拟流场分布、多相流颗粒悬浮、结晶产品性能预测等);④结晶过程放大与智能结晶设备开发(产品质量优化模型与工程放大模型,工艺流程与装置放大,辅助控制与操作软件包等)。
