个人简介

杨中汉男，副教授，生物化学博士，留美博士后。1998年于湖南师大生物化学与分子生物学本科毕业，2007年获中山大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位，2001年至2009年在中山大学中山医学院生化教研室历任助教、讲师和副教授，2010赴美国University of Maryland接受博士后科研训练两年多，并在USDA人类营养学研究中心进行感染免疫、肥胖和糖尿病免疫调节机制等方面研究，在血管增生性疾病如肿瘤、糖尿病等模型中探讨血管因子的病理性改变及对血管新生的调控作用；在胃肠道感染免疫、肥胖诱导型糖尿病免疫治疗研究方面，采用TLR4-/-、IL4Rα-/-、STAT6-/-、Rag2-/-等多种基因敲除模型，体内、体外实验证明Th1和Th2型细胞因子表达失衡、MAPK/NF-κB/STATs等胞内诸多信号通路失调是临床多种重大炎症性相关疾病病理反应的重要内在分子机制及可能进行免疫调节治疗的关键靶点。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省自然科学基金、广东省科技计划项目、广东省医学科研基金、广州市科技计划项目和中山大学基金等多项课题，已发表科研和教学论文26篇，作为编委参与编写《英汉生物化学与分子医学词典》（中国医药科技出版社2004年1月第一版）、《分子医学技能》（科学出版社2006年6月第一版）和研究生教材《医学分子生物学》。承担多层次的理论和实验教学工作，并参与分子医学的实验教学改革研究。

研究领域

在USDA人类营养学研究中心进行感染免疫、肥胖和糖尿病免疫调节机制等方面研究，在血管增生性疾病如肿瘤、糖尿病等模型中探讨血管因子的病理性改变及对血管新生的调控作用；在胃肠道感染免疫、肥胖诱导型糖尿病免疫治疗研究方面，采用TLR4-/-、IL4Rα-/-、STAT6-/-、Rag2-/-等多种基因敲除模型，体内、体外实验证明Th1和Th2型细胞因子表达失衡、MAPK/NF-κB/STATs等胞内诸多信号通路失调是临床多种重大炎症性相关疾病病理反应的重要内在分子机制及可能进行免疫调节治疗的关键靶点。
