研究领域

真核复杂类型细胞如干细胞/免疫细胞等基因转录后调控的机制研究正越来越受到研究者的关注。相比转录水平(组蛋白修饰,DNA修饰,转录因子等),转录后调控(RNA加工,稳定性调控等)对于细胞来说,它消耗能量更少,更便于细胞精细调控,满足复杂细胞应对发育分化/抗炎应急等外来信号的需求。本研究组近期围绕mRNA APA(alternative polyadenylation)的机制和生物学功能意义展开以下科学问题的探索。 1. 非编码RNA调控mRNA3'末端加工和APA的机制 2. mRNA3'末端加工因子或APA调控因子是否参与干细胞命运决定过程 3. mRNA3'末端加工因子或APA调控因子是否参与某些病理过程
