个人简介

丁涛博士于2006年于中国科学技术大学生命科学学院获得学士学位；2012年于俄克拉荷马州立大学获得生物化学与分子生物学博士学位；2012年12月至2014年3月在密歇根大学从事博士后研究工作，导师为国际著名微生物组学专家Patrick Schloss教授。2014年4月至2018年在纽约大学完成博士后研究工作，导师为国际著名系统生物学家，麦克阿瑟天才奖获得者Elodie Ghedin教授。

研究领域

实验室的主要研究兴趣为微生态学和微生物组学，和基于菌群和宿主相互作用的系统生物学。主要研究方向包括：（1）微生物组在传染性或慢性疾病（特别是呼吸道疾病）中的动态和功能机制; （2）呼吸道微生物组与肠道微生物组（肠道菌群）之间的协同机制，以及针对宿主免疫的协同应答；（3）基于微生态学和微生物组学大数据的生物信息学和建模等。
