个人简介

1983年毕业于蚌埠医学院医疗系,获医学学士学位;毕业后留校从事药理学教学与科研。先后于1990和1995年获南京医科大学医学硕士和医学博士学位。1995-1998在中山医科大学药理学教研室从事博士后研究并被聘为副教授。1998-1999在香港大学医学院生理学系任高级研究助理。1999-2005在美国新泽西医学院药理学/生理学系任副研究员。现任国家重点学科 — 中山大学中山医学院药理学教研室主任、教授、博导;国家新药临床前药效学评价技术平台负责人;新疆医科大学副校长。

研究领域

长期从事细胞离子通道的结构与功能,以及细胞信号转导机制的研究。目前的研究方向是:(1)细胞缝隙连接通道的结构与功能,及其介导的细胞间信号转导在疾病发生、发展中的作用研究;(2)以细胞缝隙连接为靶点的新型抗肿瘤药物筛选和研究;(3)新药临床前药效学评价研究。
