个人简介

1977年中山医学院医疗系毕业，获医学学士学位。1987年中山医科大学研究生毕业，获医学硕士学位。在中山医学院从事教学及科研工作30余年， 1999年起任教授、2000年起任博士生导师。2009年起任澳大利亚 Griffith大学客座教授。1998-1999年在日本九州大学医学部做访问学者，2005年10月至2006年1月在美国芝加哥伊利诺伊大学医学院做访问教授。研究方向为分子病毒学，主要研究登革病毒、人禽流感病毒、甲型H1N1流感病毒及SARS冠状病毒的病原学和致病与免疫机制。主编或参编卫生部或教育部《医学微生物学》规划教材10余部。先后主持国家”863”计划、“十一五”重大科技专项、国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金等资助的相关科研项目20余项，相关研究成果在《Journal of General Virology》、《 Virology》等国内外杂志发表论文40余篇。曾任广东省防治非典型肺炎科技攻关病原学研究组组长、广东省人禽流感防治科技攻关组组长、广州市东山区第十三届人大代表。2007年被被评为“中山大学教学名师”。

研究领域

研究方向为分子病毒学，主要研究登革病毒、人禽流感病毒、甲型H1N1流感病毒及SARS冠状病毒的病原学和致病与免疫机制。
