教育及工作经历: 2004年获得中南大学湘雅医学院“病理学与病理生理学”博士学位 2004年9月至2009年10月在美国从事博士后工作 2010年1月通过中山大学“百人计划”引进

研究领域

髓系抑制性细胞(MDSC)的调控机制及其病理意义研究:MDSC是免疫系统的重要“刹车”,我们主要研究MDSC在免疫相关疾病(肿瘤﹑病毒感染﹑哮喘﹑自身免疫病等)及生理性免疫耐受中的作用及病理生理意义,以期为基于MDSC的免疫治疗提供新策略和新靶点。研究成果已发表于J Allergy Clin. Immunol. (2014),J Virol. (2013),J Clin Immunol. (2014),Eur J Immunol. (2013)等免疫学主流期刊;2 树突状细胞(DC)分化调控的机制研究:DC是机体最重要的抗原呈递细胞,我们主要研究调控造血干细胞向DC定向分化的分子机制,以期为基于DC的免疫治疗提供干预靶点。相关成果以第一作者及通讯作者发表在Immunity (2009),J Immunol. (2013),Mol Cell Biol. (2014),Mol Immunol. (2014)。
