个人简介

2007年于武汉大学生命科学学院获得学士学位;2013年于中国科学院生物物理研究所获得分子生物学与生物化学博士学位;2013年7月至2018年在加拿大蒙特利尔临床研究所(Montreal Clinical Research Institute)从事博士后研究工作,导师为加拿大皇家科学院院士, 国际著名分子免疫学家 André Veillette教授。

研究领域

主要研究兴趣为巨噬细胞相关的肿瘤免疫。主要研究方向包括:(1) SIRPa-CD47免疫检查点通路在肿瘤免疫治疗中的研究和应用;(2)巨噬细胞上新型免疫检查点通路的发现;(3)肿瘤微环境中巨噬细胞的功能研究等。
