个人简介

中山大学中山医学院人类病毒学研究所教授，博士生导师。1992-1996和2000-2005年分别就读于武汉大学生命科学学院病毒学专业和微生物学专业，获理学学士和理学博士学位。2005-2010年在美国宾西法尼亚大学和佛罗里达州立大学做博士后研究，研究肿瘤病毒KSHV (Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus)感染与复制相关的MAPK信号通路。2010年2月起在美国Sanford-Burnham医学研究所从事自噬反应和肿瘤信号传导研究。发现KSHV感染过程中ORF45介导的ERK-RSK信号持续活化，并阐明其机制和功能，以及发现泛素连接酶RNF5介导的自噬反应调控及其对细菌感染的抵御作用。

现从事肿瘤病毒（EBV和KSHV）和自噬反应研究。
