研究领域
分子酶学与酶工程:利用宏基因组、宏转录组等手段从极端环境、肠道微生物中挖掘与木质纤维素降解相关的酶,并探索其独特酶学特性的分子机制,然后对其进行分子改造,并开展木质纤维素降解的应用研究; 药用真菌的生物育种及发酵工程研究:利用紫外诱变、等离子诱变、太空诱变等手段对灵芝等药用真菌进行菌种诱变和选育,建立并优化其大规模工业化生产和后处理的工艺条件,并开展其中试和产业化研究
