个人简介

1992年获华中理工大学(现名华中科技大学)学士学位,2000年毕业于中国科学院上海脑研究所(现名中国科学院上海神经所),2000-2002年纽约大学医学院博士后,2002-2006年哈佛大学医学院麻省总医院和波士顿儿童医院博士后,2006年10月中山大学“百人计划”引进人才进入生命科学学院。

研究领域

1. 分子肿瘤:肿瘤发生机制研究 研究表达失调microRNA和环状RNA在肿瘤发生发展中的作用。 2. 神经生物学:神经性疾病致病基因的克隆与致病分子机理研究 (1)分析神经发育与功能异常的遗传病家系和染色体畸变病例,进行致病基因的鉴定; (2)构建细胞和小鼠神经性疾病的模型,对致病基因进行功能分析和行为学分析,探索基因突变的致病分子机理; (3)应用功能性多神经元钙成像、双光子成像等技术,绘制神经性疾病受损部位神经元的信号传导网络,研究基因突变对神经活动的影响。
