研究领域

(1)深度挖掘极端微生物中独特的基因资源,研究具有优良性能蛋白质的结构与功能之间的关系;(2)系统研究微生物对外源蛋白质分泌表达的作用机理;(3)采用合成生物学与代谢工程构建高效降解有毒有害污染物的超级工程菌,解决日益严重的环境污染问题,达到资源化、减量化和增值化的目的。
